MARINADE TURKEY RECIPE
- 2 cut up cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tblsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Take a defrosted turkey and keep aside.
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and rub over the defrosted turkey the night before.
- Now cover the turkey and refrigerate until the next day.
- Cook the turkey the next day.
