CREAMED SPINACH RECIPE



Ingredients


2 - 3 bunches spinach leaves
Cream sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
  • Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and in a large saucepan, cook them in as little water as possible until they become tender.
  • Now remove from heat and drain out all the water with the help of a kitchen spoon.
  • Spread the spinach on a cutting board and cut it finely.
  • Now mix together cream sauce and spinach in a medium bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve it hot.
